Daniel J. Dannug, D.C., CCSP, C.Ac. – Cypresswood Clinic Director
Dr. Daniel J. Dannug was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from Klein Forest High School, he would go on to attend the University of Texas at Austin and receive his Bachelors degree in Biology. Dr. Dannug then continued his academics to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas where he graduated Cum Laude. During his studies, Dr. Dannug completed internships at Moody Health Center and at Rice University where he provided treatment and rehab to the student athletes. He also completed a preceptorship at the renowned Bone and Joint Clinic of Houston located in the famous Texas Medical Center.
Dr. Dannug is a Certified Active Release Practitioner and holds certifications in Acupuncture, Graston Technique, Myofascial Release and Kinesio Tape. In 2011, he earned a Diplomat as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, specializing in sports medicine. He has treated both professional and amateur athletes, as well as weekend warriors. His goal for every patient is to take a multi-faceted approach in treatment and strongly believes in the prevention of injury and maintenance of health.
Dr. Dannug is the sports chiropractor for the Champions Fit Running Club and serves as the head coach for the half-marathon group for the upcoming running season. He is also the chiropractor for Iron Sports Gym and their Ninja Warrior Training program.
Dr. Dannug is also certified in Webster Technique and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He is also a member of the Northwest Chamber Of Commerce, the American Chiropractic Association and Texas Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Dannug resides in Cypress with his wife Leanne, son Andrew and their golden, Shipley.
He is a proponent of living an active healthy lifestyle. Dr. Dannug currently participates in various running events throughout Texas, including the Houston half-marathon, 10K runs, as well as sprint triathlons. He looks forward to meeting with you and to helping you maintain or restore your health.
Alayna E. Pagnani-Gendron, D.C., C.Ac. – Greenbriar Clinic Director
Dr. Alayna E. Pagnani-Gendron is from the Northeast. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Science majoring in Family Studies and Pre-med. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a rotation at the Kremples Brain Injury Foundation where she worked with patients who endured traumatic brain injuries and nerve damage. Dr. Pagnani-Gendron then continued her education at Texas Chiropractic College where she graduated with Academic Recognition as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She also earned a second Bachelors degree in Human Biology. During her studies, Dr. Pagnani-Gendron completed her internship at the Moody Health Center in Pasadena, TX. While Dr. Pagnani-Gendron was in school she completed a rotation at Cenikor in Deer Park, where she treated recovering addicts. She also completed a rotation at Rice University where she worked on rehabilitating the athletes to their peak performance. Dr.Pagnani-Gendron has special training in pediatrics and pregnancy.
Dr. Pagnani-Gendron and her husband, Brian, met in undergraduate school at the University of New Hampshire. They moved to Houston together in 2008 and love their home in the Montrose area. The couple was overwhelmed with joy over their first baby boy, Thomas.
Dr. Pagnani-Gendron holds special certificate training in Webster Technique, Acupuncture, Myofascial Release and Graston Technique. She is currently in the process of completing her C.A.C.C.P.,Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She loves treating her pregnant patients and helping them to feel their best throughout their pregnancies. She also enjoys treating infants and children at each milestone in their lives.
Dr. Pagnani has earned the Girl Scout Gold Award. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Board Member of the District 11 Texas Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic College Board of Regents and the American Chiropractic Association.
Her goal in the treatment of patients is preventative care. She believes in a healthy living lifestyle and treating patients to help them to return to their normal state of health. Dr. Pagnani loves to treat the entire family from birth and beyond and keep everyone healthy. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you to feel your best!
Ashley Winslow, D.C.
Dr. Ashley Winslow graduated from The University of Houston with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition. Passionate about all systems of the human body, she began her focus on the musculoskeletal system to later graduate with academic honors and awarded the Student Keeler Award from Texas Chiropractic College. While attending Chiropractic school, Dr. Winslow enrolled in a simultaneous Master’s program at the University of Houston in which she also graduated with honors; cum laude. Her additional education in Health Science and Performance has enabled her to experience condition specific protocols tailored for athletic and physically active patients.
With acquired knowledge from her prestigious background, Dr. Winslow’s remains passionate about staying current with treatment options to help patients reach their optimal health and strength goals. She has certifications in functional taping often including brands such as KinesioTaping® and Rock Taping. Additionally she provides Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) that is often referred and compared to the Graston Technique®.
In addition to accumulated experience with Pasadena’s Moody Health Center, Dr. Winslow has enjoyed a history working with athletes of multiple University Athletic Departments involving therapeutic modalities and strength coaching.
In her spare time, Dr. Winslow enjoys spending time with her husband and family. With an athletic background in martial arts and volleyball, Dr. Winslow loves to spend free time dancing and weight lifting.
It is her specialty to establish individual goals with each patient and passionately watch them transition from discomfort to optimal health and maintenance.
