These are simple at home exercises you can do to strengthen your core that will help to decrease back pain, prevent diastasis recti, and keep your pelvic floor strong throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Massage is the working of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.
